Note: This feature is not available with Self Service with Authoring.
You can set the advanced search settings applied when searching for solutions in ATG Knowledge. Use the BCC and the Service Admin>Service Center>ATG Knowledge Settings>Search page to configure what options the user can select from when using the Advanced Search function in ATG Knowledge.
To allow the user to see the document format information, use checkboxes for the following options:
Document Formats – Selecting the Enabled box allows users to search by document format
Enabled Formats - Selects the formats by which users can search. The formats are PDF, HTML or Other
Solution Classes - Selecting the Enabled box allows users to search by solution class
Enabled Solution Classes - Selects the available classes by which users can search
