JSP Rendering
Snippets are subject to certain JSP requirements:
If your snippet is interactive (uses an IFRAME), be sure that your snippet is not too wide or tall for the display area.
For interactive snippets, be sure you do not cause any form-submits in your code to redirect outside the snippet’s IFRAME.
Migration
When upgrading or migrating your ATG Knowledge application, you need to determine whether your custom snippets also need to be migrated.
Performance Considerations
When creating new snippets, keep in mind the following:
Multiple snippets in a single solution can reduce performance.
Displaying the same snippet multiple times with different values can reduce performance.
Snippets that include content from external websites can introduce delays.
