ATG Knowledge | Workflows without Deployment Steps |
ATG Knowledge uses workflows in several ways, shown in the following table.
Workflow-managed task | See this document / chapter |
---|---|
Manage solutions through their authoring, editing, and publishing process – including solution status access rights | this chapter |
Manage security features, including direct access rights | |
Create and edit users, organizations, and roles | ATG Service Installation and Configuration Guide and ATG Personalization Guide for Business Users |
Create and edit solution class definitions |
ATG Knowledge does not expose publishing workflows to internal users in ATG Service Center; users merely author and modify solutions and follow the recommended Next Steps. A project is created behind the scenes with all of the assets that are associated with that solution, such as its properties and attachments. ATG Service application administrators do need to interact directly with workflows; these tasks are covered in the ATG Service Installation and Configuration Guide.
