This section describes the settings under Service Center > ATG Knowledge Settings > Solution Classes. You can create and edit Global Field Definitions and Solution Class Definitions.

ATG Knowledge with ATG Self Service Note: When you make changes to solution classes, you must make sure the changes are deployed to ATG Self Service before ATG Knowledge workers create and publish solutions that use those classes. If you do not, errors will occur when indexing content on ATG Self Service.
