The Generic Access to the ATG Reporting Center access right in the ProfileRepository controls whether a user can see the link to the ATG Reporting Center in the ATG Service Center > Utilities menu.
The Service Access Reports global role controls whether a user can see the link to the ATG Reporting Center in the BCC > Service Admin or BCC > ATG Reporting Center menus. The Service Access Reports role has the Generic Access to the ATG Reporting Center access right assigned to it by default, so any user with this role can also access ATG Reporting Center through the ATG Service Center > Utilities menu.
