After migration, you might have solutions whose member fields did not migrate correctly, resulting in null or orphaned values in fields that should contain users or organizations. To fix null or orphaned users or organizations:
Startup the application that includes ATG Knowledge.
Go to the Research tab.
Locate and select the solution you need to fix.
Click the “Modify This Solution” link and fix the incorrect fields.
