When using ATG Knowledge with ATG Self Service, the workflows include deployment steps, so that the information is propagated to the ATG Self Service website.
If you are using ATG Knowledge without ATG Self Service, use the ATG KnowledgeOnly module. The workflows used by this module do not include deployment steps, since there is no need to deploy information.
ATG Knowledge includes non-deployment versions of the following solution workflow definitions:
