Note: This feature is not available on Self Service with Authoring.
You can configure the settings for the Contribute tab in ATG Knowledge. Select the Service Admin>Service Center>ATG Knowledge Settings>Contribute page to configure the following:
Enable ATG Self Service – Selecting the Enabled box enables the following ATG Self Service settings: View as Segment in Preview, External Statement Level Security, and External Audience Property.
Require Task Notes – Select
Yes
to require that each task contain a notePage Size for Solution History – Enter the number of solutions to appear per Solution History page
Page Size for Research Results – Enter the number of research results to appear per Research Results page
Number of Matching Statements to be Returned – Enter the number of statements to be returned when the user performs a matching statement query
Note: Even if you have not yet set up an ATG Self Service site for deployment, you can still create and edit solutions for an ATG Self Service site to be deployed in the future.
