You can create new Global Fields as needed.
Click the Create New Field button. The Create New Global Field pop-up appears.
Enter a Logical Name for the field. The Logical Name cannot be changed once you specify it. You can edit the Display Name at any later time.
Select a field Type from the pull down menu.
Click OK to save the field.
Edit the field to configure it as outlined above.
