You can delete a site from the Sites screen. To delete a site, click on the action cog and select Delete Site from the command list.

When you delete a site, the counter on the Trash button increases to show how many sites can be restored from the Trash folder. Sites can be restored up to seven days after they were deleted. For more information on restoring a site, please refer to the Restore a Site section of this document.

Note: If you delete a site that has been published, a new publish event must occur to delete the site. This may result in a short delay to the counter on the Trash icon changing and the site being available to restore.

If the site you delete is the last site associated with the account, Engagement Engine Editor will generate a new default site and display it in the dashboard.
