This is a server-side condition which compares the current day and time against a pre-defined set of operating hours. This condition returns a true value if the current day and time is within the defined hours of the operating hours set.
The following configuration option is available for this condition:
Hour Sets: This is used to specify which operating hours set the current day and time should be compared against. You must select the desired operating hours set from the dropdown list, which is populated with all of the published operating hours sets. You can view the defined hours of the selected operating hours set by clicking on the View Set button next to the dropdown list.
Note: The operating hours sets used by this condition are defined from within Engagement Engine. For more information on defining operating hours sets, please refer to the Operating Hours section of this document.
