This condition checks to determine whether a call or chat invitation has or has not been offered, accepted, or declined. In addition, if a RightNow implementation uses the Log Invite API this condition can be used to determine whether a RightNow Chat invitation has or has not been offered, accepted, or declined.
The following configuration options are available for this condition:
Invitation Type: This is used to specify whether the condition applies to call invitations, chat invitations, or both.
Invitation Name: This is used to specify which invitations the condition checks against. You can select ‘Any invitation’ from the list, in which case the condition checks whether any invitation has been offered or accepted, or you can limit the condition to only check against specific invitations by selecting them from the list. You can select multiple entries from the list be holding the Ctrl button while you click on the entries.
Invitation Operator: This is used to specify if the condition is checking whether or not the specified invitations have been offered, accepted, or declined.
Within a Specified Timeframe: This is used to limit the condition to check whether or not an invitation has been offered or accepted within a specified timeframe. You can define the timeframe in hours, minutes, and seconds using the text boxes that are enabled when the check box is checked.
Frequency: This is used to instruct the condition to only return a true value if the number of times that the invitation has been offered or accepted matches this criterion. If you check the check box, further configuration options are enabled. These additional options are:
Offer Frequency Operator: This is used to specify the type of comparison to perform.
Value: This is used to specify the value used in the frequency comparison.
Note: If you selected multiple invitations from the invitation list, the frequency check compares the combined number of times the specified invitations were offered or accepted.
