This is a client-side condition which waits for a specified number of seconds before performing any true action associated with the rule. The timer can be reset by mouse or keyboard activity, so this rule is useful for monitoring visitor activity and performing a specified action if they become inactive for a specified amount of time.
The following configuration options are available for this condition:
Inactivity Timeout Value: This is used to specify the number of seconds that must pass before the true action is performed.
Mouse Movement Resets Timer: This checkbox is used to specify whether or not the timer is reset by the visitor moving their mouse.
Keyboard Input Resets Timer: This checkbox is used to specify whether or not the timer is reset by the Visitor using their keyboard.
Note: If you check both the Mouse Movement Resets Time and the Keyboard Input Resets Time checkboxes, then both mouse and keyboard must be inactive for the specified time for the condition to return a true value.
