To associate a rule with a site from the Site Detail screen:
Open the Site Detail screen by clicking on the site name on either the dashboard or the Sites screen.
Open the Associated Rule screen by clicking on the Associated Rules button on the Site Detail screen.

Click the Rule Library button.

Once the rule library is displayed, you can select which rules to associate with the site by checking the appropriate boxes.

At this point you can:
Select multiple rules to associate with a site by checking all appropriate boxes. Rules that are already associated with the site are greyed out in the rule library.
Select all of the rules that are not currently associated with this site by checking the top check box. If you have already checked the box, you can uncheck it to unselect all of the highlighted rules.
Select all of the rules that are currently published on another site by clicking Select and choosing which site’s rule list you wish to copy.
Click on the Add Rules button. This button is only available if you have selected some rules. To close the rule library without selecting any rules, or without applying any changes you have made, click on the X button in the top right of the rule library.
Click on the Save button to confirm your changes. The selected rules are now associated with the site, but the site must be published for any changes to take effect.
Note: At this point you can still undo your changes by either clicking on the Close button to return to your previous screen, or by clicking on the Revert button to remove the new rule association, but remain on the Associated Rules screen.
Once a rule has been associated with a site, you can view the status of that rule on the Associated Rules screen. On the Associated Rules screen, an action cog is displayed beside each rule. Clicking on the action cog displays a command menu that offers certain functions, depending on the current status of the rule. Only actions that are currently available for that rule are displayed in the command menu. The options that may be displayed in the command menu are:
Update Rule on Site: This option adds the last modified version of this rule to the publish queue for this site.
Remove Rule from Site: This option queues the rule for removal from the site.
View Published Rule: This option displays the currently published version of the rule.
View Rule: This option displays the queued version of a rule that has not yet been published on the site.
