Clicking on the Help button on the navigation bar displays a new screen that contains the Enablement Guide which is designed to assist you in understanding the functionality offered by Engagement Engine.
The Enablement Guide is split into four sections. Each of these is described below;
Getting Started: This is a basic welcome screen to the Enablement Guide and provides links to the other sections of the guide.
Setup: This section provides the page tag that you should place on each page of your website. For more information on how to use the page tag, please refer to the Page Tagging section of this document.
Learn To Create Rules: This section provides some sample rule configurations to show how to utilize the functionality offered by Engagement Engine. If you select a rule from the dropdown list, the Enablement Guide shows you a step-by-step guide to recreating the rule. The rules start simple and increase in complexity to show a wide range of features available through Engagement Engine.
Explore Resources: This section provides links to external resources which may provide assistance if you require it.
