DESCRIPTION
       "Unicode::Collate::CJK::Big5" provides "weightBig5()", that is adequate
       for "overrideCJK" of "Unicode::Collate" and makes tailoring of CJK
       Unified Ideographs in the order of CLDR's big5han ordering.
