Adding Users

This section describes how you can add a new user to Oracle Advanced Support Platform.


Note -  To add a user, you must be a customer user administrator (CUA) for your organization.

The individual to be added must not already be a contact for this customer organization in Oracle Advanced Support Platform. To determine whether the customer user already has a registered username - and therefore doesn’t need to be added as a contact - refer to Determining Whether a Customer User Has a Registered Username .
