To view a CM ticket:
Log in to Oracle Advanced Support Platform.
The Oracle Advanced Support Platform home page appears.
Click Management and then click Search CM Tickets.
From the Search CM Tickets page, search for CM tickets as described in Searching Change Management Tickets.
To view a CM Ticket, locate the CM Ticket, then click View.
The View CM Ticket page appears for the selected CM Ticket.

Location
Customer Name
(Optional) Review the contents of the EventLog and Attachments tabs.
(Optional) Use your browser’s print function to print the contents of this page.
