BEA WebLogic Portal 4.0 provides a suite of services and templates that enable you to rapidly build portals, dynamic marketing campaigns, e-commerce solutions, and personalized content for your Web applications. Portal services offers the capability to create a single integrated, personalized point-of-access for employees, customers, and business partners. Campaign services supply the ability to create and manage highly personalized and interactive marketing campaigns. Commerce services add complete commerce functionality with the scalability and flexibility needed for e-business operations. WebLogic Portal includes all the features in BEA WebLogic Personalization Server.

BEA WebLogic Personalization Server 4.0, provides the capability to create customized Web site content and personalized marketing capabilities to e-commerce sites. WebLogic Personalization Server can be licensed separately.
