To configure Oracle WebLogic, perform the following steps:
Open the WebLogic console.
In the Domain Structure tree on the left, open Environment/Servers.
Select your server on the right.
Scroll until you see “SSL Listen Port Enabled” and verify if this option is checked.
If the option is not checked, click Lock and Edit.
Check SSL Listen Port Enabled.
Save the configuration.
Click Activate to configure SSL.
