Allow Ratings

Specifies whether or not users can rate a document.

Show Metadata

Selects whether or not to display the document’s metadata to Self Service users. Document metadata includes type and size.

Allow E-mail a friend

Specifies whether or not users can e-mail a document to someone else.

Allow Print

Specifies whether or not users can print a document.

Allow Escalate

Specifies whether or not a user to can escalate her problem directly from the document page by displaying the “Need More Help?” link there.
