If you want to use the default-values functionality of Knowledge Manager for your migrated solutions, you can do this with the following process:
Migrate your solution classes and properties, without migrating solution data.
Use the Service Administration client to modify the solution classes and set default values for the desired fields.
Re-run migration – import solution data, but not solution classes or properties.
