Creating an Event Rule

  1. Verify that you have Administrator Privileges to configure event rules.
  2. Select Device Settings → Event Rules.
  3. If needed, to create a new action:
    1. Click + New Action.
    2. Assign a name to this action.
    3. Select the action and configure it as needed.
    4. Click Create.
  4. To create a new rule:
    1. Click + New Rule.
    2. Assign a name to the rule.
    3. Verify that Enabled is selected, or the new event rule does not work.
    4. In the Event field, select the event to which you want the HPDU to react.
    5. In the Available Actions field, select the action(s) to respond to the selected event.
    6. Click Create.
