Downloading Diagnostic Information
You can download the diagnostic file from the HPDU to a client machine.
The file is compressed into a .tgz file and must be sent to Technical
Support for interpretation.

Verify that you have Administrative Privileges or Unrestricted View
Privileges.

To retrieve a diagnostic file, select Maintenance → Download
Diagnostic → Download Diagnostic.

When prompted, click Save to save the file.

Email the diagnostic file, as instructed by Oracle Technical Support.
