The restricted service agreement forces users to read a security agreement
when they log in to the HPDU. Users must accept the agreement, or they cannot
log in.
Click Device Settings → Security → Service Agreement.
Select Enforce Restricted Service Agreement.
Edit or paste the content (maximum of 10,000 characters).
Click Save.
An event notifying you if a user accepted or declined the agreement can be
generated.
