4.9 Servicing FB-DIMMs
This section describes how to diagnose and replace faulty FB-DIMMs. If you are upgrading the system with additional FB-DIMMs, see Install Additional FB-DIMMs. For FB-DIMM configuration guidelines, see FB-DIMM Configuration Reference.

 | Caution - DIMM filler cards are required in all empty slots in the memory mezzanine tray. DIMM filler cards are not required on the motherboard. |
