Configuring the Production Server

To configure the production server:

  1. Create a <ATG9dir>/home/servers/server_name/localconfig/atg/dynamo/
    service/jdbc/FakeXADataSource.properties     file and edit the file to contain the following:

    $class=atg.nucleus.GenericReference
    componentPath=/atg/dynamo/service/jdbc/FakeXADataSource_agent
    loggingInfo=false

  2. Create the following files in the <ATG9dir>/home/servers/server_name/localconfig directory:

    /atg/dynamo/service/jdbc/FakeXADataSource_agent.properties

    /atg/reporting/datawarehouse/FakeXADataSource.properties

  3. Edit the files to contain the information required for your database. For example:

    driver=oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver
    URL=jdbc:oracle:thin:@db_server_name_or_ip:db_port:SID_of_oracle_db
    user=databaseuser
    password=dbuserpassword
