The data loaders are responsible for loading the logged data into the ATG data warehouse. ATG Knowledge and ATG Self Service each have its own data loader. The two data loaders can run on the same server. Note: Data loaders must run on a dedicated server.
Configurations in this section should be made in the data warehouse loader server’s <ATG9dir>/home/servers/server_name/localconfig directory.
To configure the data warehouse loader server:
Enable data collection by enabling logging on the server.
Configure data sources.
Configure lock management.
(optional) Change the default time zone for the server.
