ATG Service uses SSL when logging in. When using HTTPS, you must disable the default access controller. The <ATG9dir>/Service9.3/Service/Agent/ file identifies a number of different settings required when using HTTPS. Configure the
liveconfig/atg/userprofiling/ProtocolAccessController.propertiesProtocolAccessController file as follows:
Opening the
