To modify an existing reason code:
From the ACC menu, select Content>Ticketing Repository.
From the
TicketingRepositorypage, select Items of Type Reason, and then click List. The list of available Reason Codes is displayed.
Select a reason code from the available list. The Reason Context details are displayed in the right pane.
Modify the Reason Description and the Name as necessary, and then click Save.
