The Scenario Manager Service can run on only one server. For external scenarios, the service runs on the customer-facing server. For internal scenarios, the service runs on the agent-facing server.
To disable the Scenario Manager Service:
Edit the
localconfig/atg/scenario/scenarioManager.xmlfile to contain the following:<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" ?>
