In addition to the framework definition objects, which define the default appearance and behavior of the service framework, the configuration objects store the state of the framework for a particular user. The purpose of the configuration objects is to hold the current state of framework objects for a particular user when they logout. The profile ID of the user is associated with the configuration. The use case for this feature is that the agent does not want to re-tab and re-open/close panels once they have adjusted the UI to their specifications.
