jserver - Kana-Kanji conversion multiclient server
/usr/lib/wnn/jserver [-f file] [-s file] [ -h file] [-A file] [-N no] [-pno portNo] [ -L hostname] [-S loglevel] [-v] [-localhost]
This server provides Kana-Kanji conversion to multiple users for Japanese language input. When jserver is started, the dictionary set in /usr/lib/wnn/ja_JP/jserverrc is read into memory. jserver administrates all user frequency and registered dictionaries. The administration directory is specified in the jserver_dir entry in jserverrc .
This server is not started by default. It can be started with root privilege by the following line:
svcadm enable wnn8/server
The following options can be used:
The specified file is used as the initialization file in place of the default file jserverrc .
Saves the jserver log file. If "-" is specified as the file, the log file is written to the standard error output.
The specified file is read in as the part of speech data file in place of the default hinsi.data file.
The specified file is used as the initialization file in place of the default file jserverrc.
The number added no to the default port number (22273) is used as the TCP port number when connecting to inet domain sockets.
Changes the port_no to the TCP port number when connecting to inet domain sockets in place of the default port.
Specifies the license server name. Enter the name of the host that starts the license server. The default server will be searched in the order of the hosts specified in /etc/wnn/dp/dpkeyservlist and localhost when the option is abbreviated.
Specifies the level of log and save the log to syslog file.
Specifies the version information.
Accepts connection from localhost only.
