Troubleshooting the Service Processor Connection

This section addresses two issues that might occur regarding the Oracle ILOM service processor (SP):

  • The Oracle ILOM SP is hung and needs to be reset.

  • As the system administrator, you have forgotten the root account password and you need to recover it.
