Use the Power Button to Power On the Server

Before You Begin

The power cords must be connected and the server in standby power mode before applying main power. See Connect the Power Cords.

1. Confirm that the system is ready to power on by checking to see if the SP indicator [3] is steady on.

2. Press the main power button [2].

   The system OK indicator [1] blinks as the server enters the boot process.
