If the Oracle ILOM SP hangs and you cannot reset it using the Oracle ILOM web interface or the Oracle ILOM CLI command, there is a pinhole reset switch on the server that can be used. For information on the location and use of this switch, refer to the Sun Server X4-4 Service Manual.
