When you administer Search Merchandising using an Administer Commerce Search project, additional views are available to you that do not appear in Manage Commerce Assets projects. You use these views to set up segments and prioritization properties for use in Search Merchandising. For information about the Administer Commerce Search project type, see Projects and Workflows.

Search Merchandising administrative views are as follows:

Both views are accessible from the Show menu on the Browse tab. The Search Configurations Tree view and Base Search Configurations view provide additional functionality to administrators as described in Search Configuration Tree View and Base Search Configurations View.

Segment List View

The Segment List view displays the segment lists that you can configure for ATG Merchandising. You use the Merchandising segment list to designate the segments available for use as dimension values in search configurations and search configuration folders.

The following figure shows how the Merchandising segment list appears in Segment List view:

To access Segment List view, select Segment List from the Show menu in the Browse tab.

Property Prioritization View

In Property Prioritization view, you work with the properties that merchandisers rank in the property prioritization portion of the Result Prioritization tab of search configurations and base search configurations.

The following figure shows an example of Property Prioritization view:

To access this view, select Property Prioritization from the Show menu in the Browse tab.
