The letter T is a separator between the day value and the hour value. Time zone information is omitted.

Description

Sets a preview time that overrides the clock of the MDEX Engine. Enables the user to preview the results of dynamic business rules that have time values associated with their triggers. This is a testing convenience for rules with time triggers.
