Install Fan Tray 0
- Remove the replacement fan tray from its packaging and place it on an antistatic mat.
- Insert your forefinger and thumb
into the holes at the top of the fan tray, squeeze your fingers
together, and lower the fan tray into the chassis until you hear
it click in place.
- Reconnect the fan tray 0 power
cable to the PCI mezzanine.
- Route the fan tray cable back into the air duct???s cable guides.
- Consider your next step:
If you installed the fan assembly as part of another procedure, return to that procedure.
Otherwise, return the server to operation.
