Remove Fan Tray 2

1. Prepare the server for service.

   Preparing the Server for Component Replacement.

2. Remove fan tray 0 and place it on an antistatic mat.

   See Remove Fan Tray 0.

3. Pull the tag labeled FT2 to remove fan tray 2 out of the server.
   
4. Set fan tray 2 aside on an antistatic mat.
5. Consider your next step:

   • If you removed the fan assembly as part of another procedure, return to that procedure.

   • Otherwise, continue to Install Fan Tray 2.
