Remove the LED Board

1. Prepare the server for service

   See Preparing the Server for Component Replacement.

2. Remove the air duct.

   See Remove the Air Duct.

3. Remove the fan tray 0.

   See Remove Fan Tray 0.

4. Loosen the thumbscrew of the LED board and swing the board out to the left.

   ---

   Caution  - Do not tug on the LED board cable. Hold the green thumbscrew when swinging the LED board out of the chassis.

5. Carefully lift the LED board and cable from the cable clips on the chassis wall.

   You may need to disconnect the LED board cable from the PCI mezzanine.

6. Disconnect the cable from the LED board.
7. Set the LED board aside on an antistatic mat.
8. Continue to Install the LED Board.
