Install Fan Tray 2
- Remove the replacement fan tray 2 from its packaging and place it on an antistatic mat.
- Insert the replacement fan tray
2 in the slot with the airflow direction arrow facing the rear of
server.
Caution - To ensure proper system cooling, make sure the airflow direction arrow on the fan assembly points to the rear of the server.
- Slide the fan tray into the slot until fully seated.
- Install fan tray 0.

- Return the server to operation.
