Changes to IRS Form W-4 for 2020	The Employee's Withholding Allowance Form W-4 has been updated for 2020. This form is available in the Employee Withholding Certificate (060120A). The revised form provides new fields based on new regulatory requirements for withholding calculation. The JD Edwards World United States Payroll Year-End Processing Guide 2019 has been updated with this information. US EEO-1 Report Component 2 Form	The US EEO-1 Report now has a Component 2 form. This form provides the employee count that is collected from the pay data (using employees' W-2 earnings) and the total number of hours worked by the employees. Employers filing EEO-1 will now need to submit the Component 2 form along with the Component 1 form.
