mlib_memmove(3MLIB)

mlib_memmove - copy a block of bytes

Synopsis

cc [ flag... ] file... –lmlib [ library... ]

void *mlib_memmove(void *dst, const void *src, size_t n);

Description

The mlib_memmove() function copies n bytes from memory area src to dst. Copying between objects that overlap will take place correctly. It returns dst.

This function is a wrapper of the standard C function memmove().

Parameters

The function takes the following arguments:

dst

Pointer to the destination.

src

Pointer to the source.

n

Number of bytes to be copied.

Return Values

The function returns a pointer to the destination.
