Each of these functions computes the magnitude vector of the complex input vector.
The following equation is used:
m[i] = (x[2*i]**2 + x[2*i + 1]**2)**0.5
where i = 0, 1, ..., (n - 1).
Each of the functions takes the following arguments:
Pointer to the destination magnitude vector.
Pointer to the source vector
Number of elements in the vector.
Each of the functions returns MLIB_SUCCESS if successful. Otherwise it returns MLIB_FAILURE.
