Each of these functions allocates memory for the internal file structure and converts the filter coefficients into an internal representation.
Each of the functions takes the following arguments:
Internal filter structure.
Array of five filter coefficients: a0, a1, a2, b1, and b2.
Each of the functions returns MLIB_SUCCESS if successful. Otherwise it returns MLIB_FAILURE.
