The mlib_SignalGenBlackman_F32() function generates the normalized coefficients of the Blackman window.
The function takes the following arguments:
Generated window coefficient array.
Blackman window parameter. -1 < alpha < 0.
Length of window array.
The function returns MLIB_SUCCESS if successful. Otherwise it returns MLIB_FAILURE.
