Description

Each of these functions allocates memory for an internal filter structure and converts the filter coefficients into the internal representation.

Parameters

Each of the functions takes the following arguments:

filter

Internal filter structure.

alpha

Emphasizing coefficient. 0 < alpha < 1.0

Return Values

Each of the functions returns MLIB_SUCCESS if successful. Otherwise it returns MLIB_FAILURE.
