Configure the Time Zone (Oracle ILOM CLI)

The switch has a system clock processor that supports keeping the date, time, and time zone. By default, the switch is programmed with a default timezone, but you can change the timezone whenever you want.

1. Set the time and date for the system clock.

   See Configure the Date and Time (Oracle ILOM CLI).

2. Set the time zone for the switch.

   -> set /SP/clock timezone=time-zone
   

   where time-zone is the identifier of the time zone.

   For example, type:

   -> set /SP/clock timezone=CET
   Set 'timezone' to 'CET'
   ->
