Add AD Admin Groups (Oracle ILOM Web)

If your network uses AD admin groups, you must configure those groups on the switch so that members of the admin group can access the switch. Some rules exist for configuring admin groups. See AD Groups (Oracle ILOM CLI).

1. Choose ILOM Administration→User Management, and click the Active Directory.
2. Click the Admin Groups link.

   The pane scrolls to the Admin Groups section.

3. Click Edit.

   A pop-up window is displayed.

4. In the Name field, type the qualified name in one of these formats:

   • DN format, which consists of CN, OU, DC, DC, and DC suffixes.

   • NT Domain format, which consists of domain\admingroup.

   • Full Domain format, which consists of the DC, DC, and DC suffix\admingroup.

   • Simple Name format, which consists of admingroup.

5. Click Save.
